Shipping details

In a bid to do our part for the world, we make all NZ made products to order. 
This means your order may take a bit longer to receive than usual online shopping. 

However, if you require an item urgently - do get in touch. We are able to fast-track your item.

As we are a small business, we aim to ship in stock orders within 3 days.
All NZ Made orders will be dispatched within 7 days* of placing your order. All orders are sent via  our selected tracked courier service.

*orders will not be dispatched on the weekend or public holidays.

 Once dispatched you will receive an automated message with your tracking number. Once you receive this message all postage queries need to be directed to the courier company. 

Please note we cannot send to PO boxes and cannot change your delivery address once it has been dispatched so please place your order carefully.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150

Australia $20 flat fee - allow 3-8 working days for delivery
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $200

UK/USA $50 flat fee - allow 3-8 working days for delivery. 
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $300

Rest of World $50 flat fee - allow 3-8 working days for delivery. 
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $400
